A parent or legal guardian must create, control and maintain every listing for a person under 18. Guardian details remain private.
Young players need opportunity
without losing protection.
Under-18 profiles are guardian-owned, private by default and subject to additional review. Adults using the platform are expected to follow professional safeguarding standards.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the relevant authority first.
High-privacy defaults
Exact date of birth, contact information, home address, school details and identity evidence are not published.
Professional contact
Adults must keep communication appropriate, transparent and connected to a genuine football purpose. Direct contact with a minor should include the guardian.
Firm enforcement
Inappropriate behaviour, grooming, exploitation, fraudulent opportunities or pressure may lead to immediate suspension, permanent removal and referral to authorities.
How to report a concern
- Preserve relevant messages, links and screenshots.
- Do not continue an unsafe conversation to gather more evidence.
- Use the contact form and select Safeguarding concern.
- Explain who is involved, what happened, when it happened and whether anyone is at immediate risk.
